Is there any word, please, on whether this mod is compatible with LN?

For BG 1.22/LN 6.5 it seems to function physically as described, though I don't see the kid gaining any skill level in gardening. Though I think he went to a level 2 since he was able to weed the plants after watering all the ones in the garden (they have a large garden).

UPDATE: Kid did get skill levels, just not visible until he aged to a teenager.

I put this into my game and it seemed to be conflicting with some other mods, so I had to remove it due to the fact that the other mods were needed more than this one. (As a word to the other down-loaders, the Dashboard Tool helps a lot.)
