Gutiokipanya - The bakery from Kiki's Delivery Service

In Kiki's delivery service, the second floor would be a open kitchen, living area. I've moved the kitchen and dinning area downstairs. And I've changed the bakery into a living room.

I've watched the anime for many times to match it with the bakery as much as possible.

It's suitable for a large family. It has 1 master suite, 2 bedrooms, a nursery, living room, kitchen and dinning area, 2 bathrooms, 1 at the back of the house as seen in the anime. An open living study area on first floor.

No store items were used.

I've played and tested it, there shouldn't be any problem, but if there is, please let me know.

Please feel free to leave comments.

Enjoy!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Nice portrayel, a great effort! The building itself looks great also!

It's ok, we all laugh-snort occasionally!

A very simple and lovely house. It's roomy and medievalish - which I miss from Sims 2. Thanks!!!

I looked up the anime and started watching it. It's really beautiful! Thanks for turning me on to it!! :D

@SIMTastic3309 - I'm glad you like it!

@edejan - Thank you. The anime is good, isn't it?

@karikid456 - I'm not really good at making sims, they usually look sort of the same. :P

Unfortunately, I haven't seen the anime, myself... u.u

But, I really do adore this house. I downloaded a couple of weeks ago, moved my Sims into it, and haven't been able to find or create a house that I like better! (I've upgraded the furniture over time and have otherwise altered the house for my Sims' needs, though...) And, it occurred to me, I haven't bothered to thank you yet. So, thank you so much for what seems to be the perfect house! :D

I'm really glad that you and your sims are enjoying it! Kiki's delivery service was one of my favourite anime when I was errr younger and it still is. Watch it if you have the chance, maybe then you would want to make a Kiki sim. :P
