Animal, In playtesting my sim was able to walk around the chairs, and since the floor divider is inside the apartment it should be a apartment area, and not communal cause i have seen the floor dividers used in other apartments, And thanks for the comment and i'll be makeing more stuff soon

In the tutorial for how to make apartments, it says, anywhere with the floor dividers IS communal
