Well, finally! After a month of trying to fix the sims it works! During the last month i have been paying very close attention to what other people do in there homes. And i wanted to try some out. One thing that i noticed was that through the house, people like 'things' on tables, lamps candles etc. so i tried to make this home more realistic. I also notice that some of the most important features, are the little details, such as moulding on the corners of the home, matching crown molding in the home, etc. so i worked extra hard, on the 'little stuff'. another thing i noticed was that, every room had it's own style. so every room is unique in this home. And COLOR! Very little brown in this home! Tell me what you think! (:

WOWING! exterior.

So in this home it has:
4 bedrooms
3 bathrooms
Large dinning room
Classy Casual look.
Lot size:

Enjoy! And please comment, i put ALOT of effort into this home!

Living room.

High end kitchen.

Foyer.(entry room)

well there it is! hope you enjoy it! If you like this home in your game, or even think it looks nice online, please, please, please press the little thanks button and leave a comment!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

i love the outside of the house, i'm tired of the modern design shape and this a fresh breath of air. so i love the color of the outside and the garage and the way its built, the roofs and everything. inside is nice also, i'm mostly in love with the outside.

I really love the outside as well but the inside needs to be more open. It seems too closed up with makes the game harder to play successfully. Next time think about trying an open floor plan with an open kitchen and living room. I really appluad your creations though it looks great! Deco is nice

been there and rocked that!
just crank up the volume & we can sing
like superstars & dance like we're famous
with ripped jeans, popped collars & huge glasses
cuz thats how we roll~

I don't DL a lot of houses, but I will this one, simply based on the exterior. You have done an excellent, I repeat EXCELLENT, job on the outside of his home, down to the tiniest detail! I will most likely rework the interior, as the previous comments have suggested, to be more open and playable, but all in all, I like this home a lot and thank you for building it!
