These are different and I like that! The recessed balcony and large overhang of the 2nd floor are very nice. The angled ceiling building is also spiffy, and all without being overly complicated. Yummy lot.

I've looked at so many lots, they're all starting to look the same. This one doesn't. Hope you take that as a compliment because I mean it as one, one of the highest. Thanks for sharing.

They look amazing, especially the "urban rustic" one and the bunker. Can't test them now but that flooding threat makes it all even more appealing :D
Thank you!

wow, thanks for all the wonderful compliments. I do love the bunker myself and may turn that into a stand alone. While the yellow concrete box isn't that interesting outside it's got quite a nice view inside

Oooh, I hadn't noticed the mezzanine in the yellow house before because the pic hadn't loaded (my slow connection). Looks quite nice, especially now that EA has caught up with free CC and finally put in ceilings, after years and years. For those without Apartment Life, try decorative ceiling tiles. There are other versions, I just couldn't find the links.

edit: Yes, I realize this is an Apartment Lot now, silly me. I should have said, if you decide to release these as individual houses later, folks without AL will probably want decorative ceiling tiles. And they will probably also need CC spiral stairs. Or you could just say the lots require AL, much less trouble that way, but oh, the poor folks who don't have AL and will pine for these lots! They can still use your design as a blue print in game.

LOVE IT! I added this to my favorites. Partially so when I get my game running, I'll be able to find these, but mostly because they are Freakin' awesome!

Beautiful architecture! I love the interior shot the way the hall is a walkway. I also love the stairs in the front. This is a fantastic lot!
