I have yet to test them... I've been busy all night building a new town using your wonderful community lots, sigil5 ... until the game crashed, of course. *G* Good thing I always have backups. I've yet to let my Sims run wild in this brandnew town, and I really can't wait to see your work in action!

The game crashes at random, that's quite 'normal' and not related to these community lots! Don't you worry about that. The only issue I've had were with schools. At some point I deleted one of the normal EAxis community lot schools and replaced it with my own version which led my Sim kiddies to 'missing school' all the time because they simply would not recognize the new school in town. However, this seemed to be resolved after some time and doesn't appear to be frequent. Don't worry, really. That's the worst that can happen. ;-)

This is great! Thank you so much for sharing these! Has anyone tried using the rabbit holes with the same names from Sunset Valley? Will it be possible to try replacing those with these new constructs?

I am running 1.4 version myself. I'm not sure if others are also having this same problem.

You can try placing the lots in sunset valley - the sizes shouldn't be too different but you may have to do additional landscaping etc. You will still have to have riverview installed however, since some of the buildings are from riverview.

P.S if anyone wants a full sunset valley set I could make one, but it would take a little time.

please please please do make Sunset Valley one! I don't play very much on riverview.. but I LOVE the edit rabbitholes ideas. So cool and much more interesting than the buildings our sims always disappear into! please make for sunset valley, will be great appreciated! <3

Guitar community lot available. I use to really need this but now I need all vehicles and phones to be available in buy mode for community lots. What's the point is a car showroom without any cars. And it's useless as a residential lot even though the cars are there.

Thanks for this, I'm going to try to use these as a fix for the 2.3 patch which deletes all Riverview-specific rabbit-hole buildings from the game entirely.

My Riverview rabbit hole got deleted with a patch now I can add these to them :D
