I can't say enough about those who continue to create in the medieval style for the sims2. So much thanks and hopes you'll continue to make items for those who play only in the medieval style like myself.

These are great...Oh I like the recolours you've made especially the red hood do have them included?

Sorry, they are not included. But perhaps I will share them at a later time. I also play primarily play in a medieval style hood, which is why I made them. I'm thinking about doing some other, earlier fashions.

I, like DoomSngelsc, love my medieval hoods, and I have to say THANK YOU for such a lovely addition to the elder ladies, they need more variety! I'd also love the red recolor for the hair!

I totally agree, there's lots of medieval-styled stuff out there but little that's close to authentic. These dresses look very beautiful but why the very low necklines? I know those are awfully common with female Sims but from every single image (Codex Manesse has oodles) I know, they are untypical for medieval clothes. (Apart from random lacing that's one of the main troubles with finding half-way authentic medieval wear for female sims.)

I'm sorry, I don't want to spoil it! The textures are beautiful and showing both dress and over-dress is a great idea. This is so close to perfect but an upper dress cut to a hand width over the waist?

Alchemist-
I have several books on fashion throughout history, and several books specifically focusing on the medieval era. In England, this style was popular and in many cases had lower necklines than the ones I have made. From about 1440-1445, in England and France, the neckline often plunged down in a V- Shape just above the breasts. Perhaps you should check out some books on the matter- the one I primarily used is called Historical Costumes of England. Every country and realm had different styles, but I've done my research and stand by my creations. This is aunthentic for ladies of the upper classes and in court.
