These were my favourite eyes for Sims2.
So I converted them (with permission) into contact lenses for Sims3!

They are for all ages and both genders. They appear under costume makeup.
You can change the colour of the eyes in game (you can also change the colour of the whites and the reflections but I wouldn't recommend it ).

Here you see some possible colours:

And that's how they look ingame:

I also made a custom thumbnail, so it's easier to find in CAS . It looks like this:

Skin used in the pictures: Asian Skins by 234jiao

Eye Type: Custom Contacts
Eye Style: Human Realistic

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Ooh! Pretty eyes! Thank you for converting them. Any chance of these becoming defaults?

Oooooh, you. I've thus far resisted the urge to download any contacts...but I don't think I can resist these. Thanks!

Oh, yummy! Barcelonista makes my favorite eyes, along with Shady, I think... B's V3 eyes were my favorites, and defaults in my Sims 2 game. I, too, would almost certainly download these as defaults, if you or someone were to be seized with the desire to make them - not that I'm urging or anything! Thanks so much for these!

These are beautiful. Thank you for sharing them with us. The faces are the least convincing part of the Sims 3 and these are going to make a great difference.

Of all the things I've lost over the years, it's my mind I miss most.

Great job converting these! They really look great!! Any plans on doing more conversions of popular eyes from sims 2, like maybe Brunos? :P

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!! This are by far the best in-game eyes I've seen thus far. I absolutely luv, luv, luv them. They look so realistic in game. I would love these to be default but am putting these on all my sims because it really makes them look more realistic. Again, much thanks!

Hi! I love these eyes, I have to agree that in the pictures they're the most realistic, but, well, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but in the game, I have only color, which is the green? is that just me?

You can change the color with "Create a style". Just click on the palette-icon!

I love these eyes. I use them on every sim i have. Could you please, please make defaults? These are the best eyes so far for the sims 3. I would love to have them as defaults in the game.

I would also love defaults. Anyone know how? I tried by replacing the image from a different default eye file with the one from this download. I tried for a whole day. Changing the default eyes I used and adding more image files. But every single time, I would get the eyes as defaults, but the eye whites would be the same color as the iris. So when I changed the color of the iris, the whites would be that color too.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
