This is something I have been wanting for Sims 2 for a very long time...

I don't play Sims 3, so I was wondering if there might be any possibility that you would convert/remake these for Sims 2...please?

While it looks good on the pictures and the idea itself is very good, this object requires an all round reworking of the textures. The textures are totaly solid, not shadowed at all, beta. Why you would still keep the overlay textures if they are not necessary.

That would be great. I second that suggestion.

Yeah, I'm like the opposite with Horses. They're crawling all over sims 2 but I can't play it!

These are fantastic! But...is there any chance of smaller ones...like 1, 2,3....tile wide ones like there was for TS2? Cause we're really lacking in build supplies in TS3!

What a cool Idea, BlackOrchid! I already have an building and decorating Idea in my Mind, because those Beams would make amazing Windows too! They would just need glass and a white Pattern on them - perfect Windows for a light, open Bedroom under the roof I think! I'll definitely try this out.

I love it! Thank you sooo much for sharing.

However, I have a slight problem when I wanted the roof beams to rest on columns and not floor tiles. I was able to get the roof beams on columns but then
there's a gap between the columns and the roof beams, can you give me any tips on how to place them so that the roof beams rest directly on top of the columns?

I want to use this in a lot and upload it to TSR, but to do that I need this object as a sims3pack. I tried onverting it, but the file turns out corrupt after converting. Could you make this a sims3pack for me? I would be really grateful!

how did oyu get the underside of the roof to be dark?? allof my roofs have grey undersides - this makes using your beams impossible because the roof is too ugly to use, but it looks great in your pics?
