i downloaded her but i cant find her in the game

any tips?

When you installed the ms. bullock did you put in to the the packages or in the saved sims folder?

If saved it package folder simply move her to the saved sim folder. and then go in and check. She should be there.

If you did save her to the saved sims folder. Delete and try to download again.
