Sorry for my ignorance but I've never downloaded a sim in my life... If I uploaded my sims could anybody open them in CAS after downloading them? I really don't mind sharing my sims, it's just that I don't want my work to be stolen. I'm very protective of them.

yes, if you were to upload her, they could open her in CAS -- you CAN however, add in the description that people can't re-upload her to another site and clam she is theirs. most people respect the artists wishes.

and if they DO upload her, you can let the site know and they should take her off.

she is VERY pretty, and i would LOVE to add her to my game, but if you think you would regret posting her, then don't.

I'm going to have to think about it then. What I'm afraid of is that other people will just make several minor cosmetic changes to her and post her under the guise of another sim. I've seen that happen before! Maybe I'm too paranoid...

Some people do indeed try to pass others' work off as their own, and I guess it's fairly easy to do what you've described, but if you make it clear that you don't want your work stolen, rarely do people disobey. There's nothing wrong with giving good artists the credit they deserve, and most decent people do. :D

I'm currently trying to upload her but I'm having a little technical difficulty and Delphy didn't get the chance to reply to me yet =/ When I tried to convert her from a .sims3pack to a .package file using Delphy's Sims 3 Pack Multi-Extracter, it gave me 3 different files instead of 1 O.o... If anybody can figure out what happened I'd be happy to put her in the queue!

Don't try to convert her from a .sims3pack, you should be able to take the direct file from the SavedSims folder
The tree on Windows Vista is:
UserName->Documents->Electronic Arts->The Sims 3->SavedSims

Oh! I thought we had to convert it to a .package file but I just read on the creator guideline's forum that we can actually upload sims in their original .sims3pack format as well! I really thought we had to convert sims the same way we need to convert almost everything else because all the sims I've downloaded so far on MTS were offered in .package format!

She's very pretty, and I love using the posters in my game, all my sims adore the beautiful and elusive Asuka. Though I would like to know, where did you get Asuka's clothes?
