This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.
First off, I want to thank Sim2Kid405 for allowing me to clone his limo! I appreciate it! Without him, this wouldn't be drivable. Thank you!

So this is a classy limo for your sims to enjoy! It's a nice, smooth, luxurious ride that will definitely catch the eye of every sim that it passes by!

It cost $32,000 and can be found in the vehicles section. Hope you like it! It doesn't replace the default limo, it's a whole new car.

Polygon Counts:

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.

For Package files:

1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

For Sims3Pack files:

1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Anything changed recently? All your other cars I have had in my collection for ages and they are all fine...So I'm unsure whats going on.

EDIT: I just went into an OLD backup of mine that had this car in it and I added the older version back into my cars collection and it resolved the issue. I'm still curious though...Why would a new download of this vehicle give me a corrupt TXTC error while the older version works just fine?

I have the same issue, not only with this limo, but also with 1950 Ford F 1 Pick-Up Truck and Bugatti Veyron. These 3 still show up in the game, and I can buy them. But I'm curious why this happen. Other cars seems fine. I only have base game, and it's updated to the latest patch (1.29).
But anyway, thanks for the wonderful cars!

Dear French-Prince, i know you worked hard for all these cars but i have a problem with them. their tires don't seem turning (stays static while car moving) and some of sports cars don't stay on the road and moves like teleportation and goes where it should reach in the end. If you can, please fix this. Thank you very much.

Gorgeous limo, and way better than the original TS3 one. Just one little point of critique: 32,000 dollars for a limo? I'd much prefer it to be 200,000 in game or something, so it would be a little more realistic.

Great mod, better for decoration, than for driving. (Same with most of his other mods) Great work, although this is a very old mod.

Thank you. It drove me crazy not being able to buy a limo when celebrity sims automatically have this car that doesn't exist!

What's the point of being the Leader of the Free World, if you can't have a limo in your pocket?
