Another useful mod I can use when letting my neighborhood run on its own. Thanks!

My cat taught me how to fetch. I throw the toy, she shows me where it landed, and I fetch it.

Have two or three days, flooding the house, I was not aware... Water continuing to flow from the broken tap, my boy's not even care.

He also cares anymore thanks to you.

I made a mod similar to this one for myself months ago, but never got around to uploading it, then WA was released. Mine had sims auto repair all broken objects, especially if they had the handy trait. Glad someone else got the job done!

Not having a sig IS my sig. Oh wait, this is a sig, isn't it? Nevermind...

I was getting a little irritated with my Sims just cleaning up the mess and not fixing the problem! Thanks!!

I have upgraded to the 2.4/1.9 patch and even installed High End Lofts as of 2 Feb 10. I did some testing to determine if the patch or installation affected the mods I have listed on this site. It appears all are functioning properly and should not cause any issues.

If you happen to run into any problems with them concerning the new patch, please post under the appropriate mod and explain what anomalies you encountered.

Could you also include an Electrical Repair Version if it's not too much trouble? Much Appreciated ^_^

I had intended on submitting an electrical repair along with plumbing repair. Then I learned that several items under electrical (like the stereo and tv) are blocked from autonomous repairs in the game core. Over riding this block requires a core or script mod, neither of which am I comfortable with at this time.

===================

For anyone wondering about Version Compatibility, I am running 1.11/2.6/3.2 and all aspects are functioning properly.

Will sims in other households also repair thier own plumbing with this mod?

While I'm not 100% sure they fix broken plumbing in their own house, I have seen Sims not in the active household fix plumbing objects on community lots and have even fixed plumbing objects in the active house while they were visiting.

Great mod! One comment on autonomous electrical repair. You could have it kick in only after the sim has finished the electrical skill challenge that way you wouldn't have to worry about them being electrocuted. Just a thought.

Thanks for all the work you have done to bring us this mod! Does it work in Ambitions? I have had to remove all of my mods and add only ones that are compatible with Ambitions because of the 'crashing-to-the-desktop' issues with many of them.

This mod no longer works after Patch 1.14.11 / 2.9.10 / 3.5.8 / 4.2.32, apparently EA has disabled autonomous repairs for all items and it cannot be overcome with a tuning file. Therefore it will no longer be updated.
