I created simply bank plugin: it lets sims to put money on bank account using standard computer.
It's good when you get big profit - money have property to finish very fast - so you can provide money against a rainy day, far from player's greedy eyes.
And there is realized money transmit between two families but it has some other interface and as I think more flexible that in "Money Orders".

(!) Use with standard computer. With any custom computers it will have no effect (!)

=== How To Use ===
1) Add To Bank Account - choose how many tokens (1 token = $100) move to bank account. 'Bank account' is token that stores count of 'bank money' is owned by one sim.
2) Check Bank Account - show how many tokens current sim has on bank account.
3) Take From Bank Account - remove certain number ot tokens from bank account and convert them to simoleons
4) Transmit Money - transfer tokens from your account to account owned by another sim.
