Please make sure that you download the hair she is wearing, this can cause the sim not to work when downloaded. She has a custom hair, so you need to download it, if you have done this and she still doesn't work please let me know and I will see if I can find out what the problem might be.

Sorry about that, I evidently had the wrong link for the hair. This one should work... thanks for letting me know.
