Thank you so much for commenting. That's what I love about this site, some of us love to build and others encourage us to do it by downloading! It's a perfect relationship.

Love this house (and your others)! I suck at building them so I'm so happy for people like you and others here who create them.

I LOVE this house, but I've run into a small, nagging problem with it: In the sunken living room, there doesn't APPEAR to be any furniture, but my sims will 'float' (they're lounging on invisible sofas!). And when I buy furniture to put in the same living room, it also disappears (ONLY in the sunken living room, though - I bought other items for other rooms to test this). Did you use any items from EPs?

Hi Chesid, I'm sorry to hear about the disappearing furniture problem. I didn't use any items from any EPs on this lot because I built it on a computer that only has the base game installed. I downloaded the house myself to see if I had the same problem, but everything appeared normal. I did notice that the coffee table in the sunken living room is misplaced so that sims can't sit on the sofa. About the only suggestion I could think of might be to move your sims out and bulldoze the lot. Then maybe redownload it to see if the same thing happens. I hope that if anybody else had this problem, they will let us know! Thank you so much for letting me know!

i love this lot but question: you say if you only have the base game you can't have a garage but i have the super collection & i can't place a driveway on that side, there's not enough space b/c it's on the edge of the lot. can you use moveObjects on to place AND properly use it as a driveway?

edit: so I was able to place the driveway but the wall is one tile too far away to make the building a driveway. when i try to extend the foundation & wall to add a garage door, i'm having problems getting the wall parts to actually build onto the ground once i extend & delete the foundation to extend the whole garage forward. I add the foundation one row closer, put walls on top, delete the foundation below but when I try to put the walls on the ground, below the wall that was onto of the foundation that got deleted, it drags & shows what it looks like but won't stick. i have boolProp testingcheatsenabled true on & boolProp ConstrainFloorElevation false & i'm struggling to figure it out. do you have any ideas?

edit 2: just so you know it says covered by floor tile when i try to put the wall in
