I made a sibling for Fairylake Cottage.

Flowerhill Cottage is a small house on a hill.

It's built in three floors:
Mainfloor has little kitchen and sitting area, and a bathroom.
Attic has a bedroom for a couple, or a sim that likes to sleep wide.
Basement has a livingroom and study, plus a bathroom.

Other features:
Sunlight in basement
Garden with some freshly planted vegetables
3 ponds, in 2 of them live some fish.
Lots of flowers
Little patio at the back.

CC you need to download:
Cottage Curtains by Frances at Sims Design Avenue
Raise the Roof! Then Put Down a Better One! 40 NEW Roof Colors! by QBUILDERZ at MTS (you'll only need this "")

I listed WA as a requirement cause I was told that the game says it was made with WA, as it is, but it should work with Base game only. If someone with basegame only tests this, please make a comment about results.

I hope you enjoy Happy Simming!

Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Price: 67223/45489

Additional Credits:
Thanks for Frances and QBUILDERZ for making the items used.
Thanks for #create for being there.
Thank you Flabaliki for your kind words about the house.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

It comes with it.
The lot borders are about there where the flowerbushes end.

I love the roof on this one, and the beautiful landscaping - the sunlight in the basement is a fantastic idea!!!

Well, pooh, I keep getting an 'unexpected end of archive' when I download this one. I've deleted and redownloaded it three times with the same result.

Seems to be common problem, I have had that too, with some downloads. I'd say it must have got corrupted while you're downloading it cause no-one else has posted such error on this download earlier.
What I suggest is that you clear your browser caches, and computer temp files (ccleaner is very handy for those), and try redownload after that, or try another browser. Sometimes those help.

If they don't work, PM me your email address and I'll send you the file repacked. (That of course if you still/really want the house.)

Clearing the cache seemed to do the trick. Not sure why I didn't think of that myself! Thanks again. I have the perfect Sim in mind for this little cottage.
