Great Lot, but how in the world do i get the same landscape thats in the picture in my game so the house has something to sit on or does it come with?

It comes with it.
The lot borders are about there where the flowerbushes end.

I love the roof on this one, and the beautiful landscaping - the sunlight in the basement is a fantastic idea!!!

Well, pooh, I keep getting an 'unexpected end of archive' when I download this one. I've deleted and redownloaded it three times with the same result.

Seems to be common problem, I have had that too, with some downloads. I'd say it must have got corrupted while you're downloading it cause no-one else has posted such error on this download earlier.
What I suggest is that you clear your browser caches, and computer temp files (ccleaner is very handy for those), and try redownload after that, or try another browser. Sometimes those help.

If they don't work, PM me your email address and I'll send you the file repacked. (That of course if you still/really want the house.)

Clearing the cache seemed to do the trick. Not sure why I didn't think of that myself! Thanks again. I have the perfect Sim in mind for this little cottage.
