My target was to create a lot which would be as close as possible to the game style while building a secondary residence for one of my Sim in Al Simhara.

The lot features one bedroom and ensuite, an open kitchen a small living room with TV and a small study on the ground floor.

There is a second living room on the roof with bookcases and a small swimming pool in front of the house.

I hope you'll have fun with this lot as much as I have.

Lot price : furnished 54,136; unfurnished 32,221.

Lot Size: 3x2
Lot Price: 54,136

Number of bedrooms: 1 Bedroom

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I love this house! It's the perfect vacation home. But what is the Kit Loft SP? I've never heard of it. And I like the house just as you've shown it. Thanks!!

I think the uploader is referring to the High-End Loft Stuff Pack.

Just because you have it, the downloader will not require it. Because there are no HELS Items.

Thank you so much KraziKatLadi and van Dorn for your help and tips (Oops I wrote the SP in the French version... Sorry for that; and I did not know that only HELS item were making an SP necessary - so I'll edit my post accordingly)

Thanks to all of you for your nice comments, I am happy you like this lot

I was playing The Sims last night and I happened to say to myself "Gee, I wished there were more houses I could download for Egypt!" Then I come here the next day to already see one on the first page! Thanks for sharing!

I never installed patches on my game so I guess you don't need another one. My game version is 3.2.8.005001 which is the last one available.

Could you tell me more on what's happening in your game so I can try to help your further ?

Is the lot appearing in your game or not at all ? Perhaps do you have a problem with the zip file ? Or are the lots flashing blue ?
