When this once abandoned castle (that sits on one of the most beautiful vistas of Sunset Valley) was being remodeled, it had the whole town gossiping. "Who's doing the renovations?" "Who's moving into that huge estate?" "Are they single?"

You can answer that question for them!

This vast estate boasts four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom:

The common areas of the castle include a den/library, formal living room, sun room, grand room (with bar), a large eat-in kitchen, and two large terraces (one of which is over the three-car portico driveway):

Other areas of the estate include an enormous unfinished basement as well as attic space for storage. The grounds are mostly un-landscaped as to leave it up to the new owners to decide if they'd rather have a pool or a garden (though there is room for both!).

I hope you enjoy the estate and all it has to offer a Sim with a decidedly more royal taste in residences!

Unfurnished: $127,798
Furnished: $181,100

While this lot was designed for the plot at 500 Sunnyside Boulevard, it would still look as majestic anywhere else in the Sim universe.

Please note that the following retail items from the Sims 3 Store were used:

Hacienda Luxury Set (HERE)
Retronik Lectronik (gramaphone) (HERE)

Along with the following FREE items from the Sims Store 3:

Scarab Rejuvenation Bed (free with registration of World Adventures) (HERE)
Topiaries from the Earth Day pack (HERE)
Party Flamingo Wall Lamp from the Sims Celebrations giveaways (HERE)
Beautiful Forest painting from the Sim Celebrations giveaways (HERE)
Paris Wall Clock (HERE)
Generation Clock (HERE)

(Gotta love free stuff!)

However, the castle will still be equally as impressive without those objects.

Thank you for looking!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

This looks awesome, thank you! Perfect for my vampire legacy challenge I'm working on!

I've noticed a problem, I can't get my sims to use the stairs down to the basement and I can't figure out why they won't work. Help?
