Okay, this one, on top of being a side project to a much larger version..I did this as a mini challenge to myself to build a home under $100,000, with no cc.(This was a hard task, as recently i lost all my cc.....started to re download it all and came across a heap of other wonderfull stuff that is hard not to use )

So the Montrose home is on a small lot with a sloped underground driveway.

Its main floor consists of a small..ish...kitchen with a pantry and bright seating area. As well as a half bathroom and a lovely living area.

The basement level is the bedroom, which also has the full bathroom.

Although it is all furnished, I left some space for you to do with as you wish. It is ready to move in right now though!

Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price: 96,409
Number of bedrooms: 1 Bedroom
Custom Content Included: None
Furnishings: Fully Furnished
Special Flags: Not Applicable

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Your sloping drive looks really smooth! The house is lovely on the outside and the interior shots let us see that the inside is lovely as well!

"Chrissimsboy", I learned the sloping driveway through the tutorials on MTS actually, they have some informative ones. Check out the tutorials for driveways here

Simply put, I placed the driveway first, then used the "boolprop ConstrainFloorElevation false" cheat and used the leveling tool to slope it (one click at a time) down. Kinda teadious...but fun none the less!

They came with one of the ep's I have...not sure which one? Possibly bon voyage or open for buisness?
They are located in my collection bin (which I have never changed or altered....under "international" (you can also find them in the windows catalog under "Embrasure by Ergo")

Hope that helps.
