The building shape itself looks like the Hanging Gardens of Babylon (in Civ) from the exterior Love the that indoor plant room, the grand master bedroom and that gorgeous garden pavillion/gazebo - looks very grandesque

Now, see? A bedroom more befitting for an ambassador's kids' crib!
It is stately, now. I approve!

I give you (though I don't have any qualifications to be a judge, one picks up a lot being a pesky fly):
  • Structure: 9
    • unique building and layout, full usage of foundation footprint plus no. of levels befits the theme
  • Décor & Furnishings: 8
    • makes me think "villa", "stately, "expensive" befitting theme and furnished lot price, instead of "pretentious", "bare", "gaudy" (slightly, as expected of an ambassador's crib, but not overwhelmingly so);
    • usage of CAST is good
    • with enough clutter and wall decors to be a "home"
  • Landscaping: 9
    • believable with fences for security befitting theme;
    • no sudden bare spots of flora, other than pathways and
    • terrain paints! zomfg!
  • Theme: 9
    • interior and exterior matched, believable when compared to architecture and layout, unsure about the castle-like bits
    • effort put in above 3 points give a cohesive feel to the theme
  • Aesthetic: 8
    • pretty, nice color scheme that maintains cohesiveness from one room to the next and fits with the exterior, too;
    • though not a fan of hug-the-wall-furniture at the top, but a necessary ebil for good playability I'll give you that
  • Presentation: 8
    • good Sim's view "straighton" shots and closeups of floorplans (no gridlines, yay!);
    • within pics limits with proper zoom levels and room's main feature in the shot (ie bedroom shot of bedroom, not just a door or dresser);
    • good overall presentation with good angles & all information asked for available
    • no points for missing backstory and/or narration
  • Wow Factor: 8
    • haven't Wow'd me off my chair yet, am waiting for your R4 idea
  • CC Bonus: 10
    • you used a mod for comm objects, so I'll be generous as I might be missing some
  • Total: 69

Wow, it's interesting to see a mods feedback...
... and I couldn't have said it any better (due to the fact that english is not my 1st language).

I'll keep it much shorter: I love your house - thank you for finally having it uploaded here.
