Awesome! One thing I don't recognize is the closets. Are they CC as well?

Yet another wonderful design from Devagirl! For those of you who like to start out unfurnished (that includes me - who likes to use starter houses for starter sims), if you strip out all of the furniture and all of the plantings (except for the trees) you end up with ~18K cost.

Either way - a nice design. Many thanks!

So sweet! It's a perfect small, cosy house. I love the soft colors and gentle slope of the roof. I would move in there myself!

I love this house. Perfect size for Sims starting out. How did you make the roof? I've always wanted to make a roof like that but can't figure out how.

This is so simple, yet beautiful! Out of the 50 lots I have looked at on this site today, yours really stands out for some reason! gorgeous attention to detail and classic floorplan... I just wish I had all the expansion packs
