hey I tested this house and I wanted to let you all know not to use the mailbox because it bugged my house and I had to delete it (sims and all)

Can you explain this, please? Because I've been using this house with a sim family for months and never had any problems at all. I'd like to know what the problems you had were, what lead you to the conclusion you had to delete the lot and what makes you think it was the lot itself that caused the problem...

Aside from the fact that I merely moved the original mailbox and no hacks come with my download what-so-ever, I'm highly concerned about you 'warning' people months after the upload about something no one else has mentioned... You might simply ask for help, rather than accuse my upload...

Its not that Im warning anyone from downloading this, just suggest not using the mailbox functions. I really really love this house but I just wanted to say that the mailbox messed things up for me (or at least I conclude its the mailbox) because after I used it the entire lot was replaced by a strange image, when in the neighborhood. The mailbox had functions like; make everyone my friend, teleport me here, induce mail, make people my best friend, induce walkby, and many other commands Ive never seen before. Then later when I saved and exited and went to the neighborhood the entire size of the lot was a box of what looked like a screenshot of my bedroom. (I wish I got a screenshot) I tried going back into the house to no avail. It wasnt that there was anything wrong with the house itself (which is very beautifully done by the way) just after I used the crazy mailbox cheats the house messed up.

I just Want to say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Finally, a house I can enjoy playing the Sims 2 again. Anything I usuall make looks the same or too big and I have been searching forums for a nice house to use in my game. This house is the BEST one yet!

Hi, first I really want to thank you for this house, it's AMAZING!

but.. I'm having trouble with the backyard .. :/ The whole backyard area, and the basement is somehow completely filld with water (?) and i don't know how to fix it, and I really, really love this house, so I hope someone cold help me.
