@ Winterheart - I had the same problem like you. Nothing was hidden. You have to download both files, not only the one for your latest EP. Maybe this helps you too?

Thank so much. That was exactly what I needed to do.

So, I have just a few questions before I install this mod. First, does it make the game run any faster? With all the mods and custom content that I have downloaded, my game has progressively slowed down. So perhaps this could fix a bit of that slowness? Second, if I choose to remove this mod later would all of those walls and floors show back up? While I often recolor and pattern most of my own floors and walls, I do still use some of the presets given to us. And last, if I should add this mod would the houses that I have built with the removed walls and floors default to something else?

My catalog displays walls/floors quicker now, since I don't have to wait for them all to be displayed. But as to your game loading faster, doubtful. It still has to load all those walls that are included in the game install and there is no way to not load those. If your game is slow and laggy I suggest looking at Game_Help:Package_File_Lagwiki.

If you remove the mod all the walls/floors will show up again in the catalog since nothing is deleted from your actual game files. None of the existing wall patterns in your houses should change since your not removing them from the game files (or your lot save), just hiding them from the catalog.

This is JUST what I needed. I can't wait to build a house without having to wait for these damn things to load!!!

One question though.. this wont hide custom textures/recolors right?

Is this something that should be fairly easy to do myself if I want to recatagorise walls? I've noticed wall sets that have some panels in the Sets sort and others in a different sort so they aren't all together. I think they came with Ambitions.
Are the CWALs easy to identify?

HugeLunatic, I love you.
I CAST everything anyway-- even dumb houses I just plop down for townies-- so this is going to save me a lot of squinting at the screen!
