What is the object that comes with it?

I like this hack but I wish there were the 'be babysitter' option.

@april9o: there *is* no object! And no object is *needed*, either! The options simply appear on your sim's menu. Plain and simple.

What an awesome idea! Especially for movies! Is it possible make a ' be babysitter' option like april suggested? Thanks a lot!

I would definitely download this if there were "be a babysitter" option.

Does it force the sim change the hairstyle/clothes to the ones the NPCs wear? Or do they keep their hair/clothes?
Also, is there a butler option? :3

It would've *been* plain and simple if *anywhere* in the download description, we were told exactly how this works. Since it was never explained that it appears as an option in the sims menu, it's really not needed to be snappy when people ask how this works.

I had a hack like this in The Sims 1 (does anyone else remember the wonderful Fingermouse hacks??), and have wanted one for Sims 2 for ages. I will use it for stay-at-home mums and dads who need to do all the household chores while the kids are at school.

One question - is it possible you can also release a version that does not max all of the sims needs out? I would much prefer not to have that kind of "cheat" element to this type of hack which I would probably use on my sims every day.

Thanks!

No it doesn't force the sim to change the hairsyle/clothes, and yes it does have a butler option, it is kinda all 3 interactions.(Clean,Garden,Repair)

I might be able to do that

Hey, first of all I'd like to say thank you because this is a pretty great idea, but I'm having a problem, and i'm very distressed about it, my sims won't stop wandering. He's been wandering around for (sim) hours and I can't seem to make him stop. :S
I clicked on other things to snap him out of it perhaps but that does no good and there's nothing left for him to do.
I'm hoping it's just something stupid I didn't do :S

This is a seriously cool idea. Thanks! But (you probably have figured this out by now, lol) you can also max needs by simply holding ctrl, shift and C and you can type in maxmotives (no spaces) and press enter and tada! lol

So, once this is activated, it can't be turned off?

was referred by a thread on Plumb Bob Keep as a way of having a non-family, non-NPC live-in worker for medieval sims. Thanks :)

Love this. I created a Victorian family with staff - there are a lot of sites to get cool uniforms etc - but they kept playing the piano, eating with the family etc now they are staff.

I would have gotten, except for the unanswered "..can't turn it off". I know this is a REALLY old thread, but I just now followed a link to here. Is "Rev Jim" the same person as the creator,pookie51? Odd that creator has ONLY created this one thing, then disappeared...

Stand up, speak out. Just not to me..

In fact, the idle animation annoys me when, before the next action, the character takes a step somewhere, flickering in front of his eyes, and not just stands (like game maids). Anyway thx!

Here is translate of mod on russian.
And i changed the pie-menu a little so that now the actions from this mod will be in a submenu, so that it is easier to search (only for russian.. Although it would be more convenient in any language?)
