Never mind the name of the place, I was running out of ideas when I looked at it from the inside, looked like a fishbowl so there... feel free to be more creative and rename it to something else xD

So this is another of my Neighbourhood-Matching Clubs, this time an Exclusive Lounge for your Sunset Valley neighbourhood. Very exclusive... not just anyone can go in, so a perfect place to escape those pesky paparazzi. Non-celebrity sims can still access the bar on the rooftop thou, so don't fret too much if you can't get past the bouncer

The building itself is not very large, it was built to fit one of the strand beaches of Sunset Valley.

The indoor area and hotub are VIP areas (celebrity level 3 required), where your celebs can enjoy a nice lounge, bar and dancefloor.

The rooftop is accessible to all sims and has a bar, barbecue, and some recliners.

This lot has absolutelly no CC included.
I have used 1 object from the sims store in the screenshots, but you don't really need it for this lot to work, just replace it with a base game umbrella.
But if you do like the style and wish to purchase it, it's the Pirate Herald's Tropical Umbrella.

Also, if beach clubs interest you, you may want to check my recently updated for LN Tiki Bar here on MTS.

As said before, this lot was built for a beach strand, thou will fit very well in hills or other places you might have in mind. If you like the scennery in the pictures thou, the place I recomend is this:

For those who like direct download or have trouble installing, here is the exchange link.

Again, as usual, do anything you want with this lot. Paint it pink, turn it into a graveyard, pack with custom neighbours, whatever you wish, have fun!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I'm, not 100% sure, I think I did not use any FL stuff in this upload (no rockabilly music, or wtvr). However, I had it installed when I created the lot. You can test if it works, but I recomend you backup your save first just to be sure.

Great lot, how have you managed to put it in a place where there is no current lot though? or am I asking a silly question?

I placed the lot with the edit world tool. It was introduced in a patch some time ago.

For more details you can check a tutorial, but in short: go into edit neighbourhood mode, then click on a button on the bottom bar of neighbourhood view that has sort of a square symbol. This allows you to edit or move features of your neighbourhood, such as lots, trees and decorations. You can even remove existing lots and replace them with other lots with different dimensions. Try it out

EEEE Thanks so much. I was just wanting to leave the city to go back to Sunset Valley but did not like that I could not go to at least one club. Went online searching for one and this is just perfect.

I love this lot!! The placement you recommend fits perfectly. I did not have the store umbrella and so I uploaded a pic of what my game spawned instead. LOL!! Yes, I'm sure these will keep the sun from burning my sims.

I love this I was just wondering, how do you set a door so that it requires a certain celebrity level to enter? I've tried to set doors like that, but I have noooo idea :L

Thank you SO much, a perfect addition to Sunset Valley, and I am so sick of making bars for that town I came here to look for one. It is in a great spot (on the beach, as suggested) and very nicely done. I love the no cc, I had to replace my umbrellas (like piperk1980) but other than that, perfect!!

Perfect! I hate building nightclubs in the old maps, but finding reasonable sized clubs to download is a challenge. Also, I have a few clebs who will love you for the peace and quiet time.
