Great, I've almost forgotten that you can build a pool on a higher story with LN
Did you do the roof all by yourself? it looks amazing!

Thanks, everyone! My biggest fear was that this lot wouldn't get approved at all, based on the fact that the lot requires very special terrain to fit properly. You can't just plunk it down anywhere like you can with most other lots. So...

CONs: Lot will only fit on a steep hill. Lot also requires 40 squares deep from the sidewalk in order to fit. Many likely locations might give you the "can't place on unrouteable terrain" error, so even an area that you'd think might work -- might not.

PROs: The terrain at "60 Wright Way" in Sunset Valley currently isn't being occupied by any default EA lots, and most players probably don't have any custom homes sitting in this spot anyway!

PS: Zandvoort: If you are referring to the slanted "roof", it really isn't that hard. You need to be familiar with the ConstrainFloorElevation cheat, but each "step" in the roof is one click down into the terrain (as far as shaping it goes), so it was just tedious, not difficult. It took me several restarts to get it just the right height. The curved roof on my Fish House was more difficult because I used "fractional clicks" to create a more subtle curve (requiring the use of the Smooth Terrain tool, and the always helpful "Undo" command). I'm a little mad now that I went with the default "EA Roof" for Sentosa One, since they don't allow you to tile the underside like this one. I've learned my lesson.
