This is a great little pub, thank you!

I am having troubles with both of your links however. The link to the sign tells me it is not there, and the link to window tells me only MTS staff can access.

Ack! Sorry, I'll fix those! I checked the sign one last night though, and it worked. :/

ETA: Window link is fixed, the sign link already works for me though... Maybe this will work? The sign is in the first thread, October 16th: http://the13thsim.webs.com/apps/for...-halloween-2010

Thankyou for the compliments!

This is a very nice Local Watering Hole my small village really need it...

I can report that I have installed this nice little pub in the Sunset Walley and it works very well, always a lot of visitors.

Some years ago my family spent a few weeks on a canal trip in England with a fantastic boat we rented and we found this kind of small pubs here and there.
Really very wonderful.

I am English, so yes, I have. I guess you've never been in a New Forest pub?

This is so cute, and being in the UK myself, it is a very authentic country pub. And I love the name! Nice work.

Just stopping by to say I've used this in no less than 5 neighborhoods so far. Its one of the first bars I place to Late-Nightify the area. Very cute. Thanks!

I absolutely love this thing, and am wondering if I could persuade (beg) you into letting me use it in my new world? (Albeit with a few modifications & credit going to you.)

Just one problem: You didn't put a toilet in the bathroom, so when you place the lot it counts as "Closed" because in order for it to be a level 1 business and open it has to have that toilet.

It's not a big deal, because as soon as you buy it as real estate and click on the thing it tells you to just plop a toilet in there, and there is space for it in the bathroom.

There is a toilet; you will have to install the attached .package files for it to show up, though - or, as you say, place one yourself.

I've never been to England, but I've been an Anglophile all my life. This is exactly what I imagine an English pub would look like. So quaint and cozy. Thank you very much, indeed.

I have lived in England all my life and i can tell you this is the epitome of one type of English Pub. Its perfect and i am sure it could only be build by a fellow Brit or someone whos spent many a happy hour in an English Pub!
