This starter home saves your sim about 6000 § for fun and pleasure. The home is modern and includes all necessary white ware plus a tv. It has only got one bedroom though, but it's not a problem to expand the size of the house as your sim grow richer and probably gets a family. It's perfect for a busy and single sim who wants a cute little home to take care of.

There's no CC in the house, and the file's very small so that people with laggy games will have no problem with the lot.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I like the recessed entryway. That will keep the rain off our sims as they're locking the door.

Details like that give little houses character.

What a cutie little house! I love it! I rebuild my whole sims game because there was a game crash last week. And this nice, neat starter home will be perfect for there!

My game's led several crashes over the years aswell, so when I upload things I try to do it without using CC when it's possible. Aswell as homes on the smallest lots

What a perfect little house!

[EDIT] I'm getting an error when I try to install the house, saying it "requires expansion pack data that is not installed" but I have all the EPs you listed. Are you using other EPs you forgot to include?

I have all the EP's installed atm, so I checked were every piece of furniture was from. Might be something in there from another EP then :s

I just looked through the pictures you posted and the trash barrel doesn't look familiar to me...

I edited the EP's and just added all. I usually have stuff from all the packs, sometimes just a painting or some clutter. Hopefully it should be sorted out for others
