This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

(More panoramas...simply because I can. If you want to see the full size, click HERE)

This lot was the love-child of a failed group project between myself and TVRdesigns. When we gave up, I continued on with the arch idea to try and create my own end product. What I ended up with I am really proud of, especially since it is my first return to this style since TS2.

Bedrooms: 4
Bathrooms: 4
Breakfast Nook
Sun Room
Laundry Room

Lot Size: 40x40
Furnished: 167,091
Unfurnished: 111, 609

This house is super modern and interesting - perfect for your quirky sims or neighborhoods of the future! Whatever situation it may be, your sims will certainly find it easy to live here.

Until next time, happy creating!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I am given to understand that, as long as you are patched all the way, this lot will work with base game, BUT, not all of the decorations would be there. You can try, but I can't guarantee anything

Beautiful, stylish, stunning. You've created a house that would make real world architects green with envy at your uber skill and style. I adore your screenies too. Just perfect! Fantastic job, ((Qbuilderz)) - this was not only truly deserving of the accolade but well overdue too!

I think my brain would explode if I was to try this, but hey, what's a brain anyway? They're cheap. This is such a stunning house, I just spent two hours drooling over the pictures, downloading, and reading all the threads on how to do the basement thing. I drooled some more, and now I need a cigarette.

Thank you, Qbuilderz, for the intense inspiration, not to mention such an original, amazing house.

I am very grateful for this lot! I am playing a multi-generation challenge which includes moving every child of the first-generation parents into a separate house and creating famous, upstanding citizens with tons of heirs. My family is rich at the moment, so the kids' starter houses might as well be luxury, right? All your lots are my salvation, as I've worked too hard on my first-generation house to keep building more!
