1. How important are certain color channels to you?
As long as the car itself is recolorable it's ok to me. Wheels are good to.

2. How important is interior detail to you?
I don't think that interior is very important, but it's nice when everything is detailed.

3. How important are windows?
It's better when windows are up.

4. How important is car region to you?
I prefer right hand drive cars (JDM's) .

5. How important is a police version to you?
I like the idea, but I won't use police cars very often.

6. Is there anything else you feel I should include or change about my cars?

I fight the impulse to download custom cars as I try to keep my cc as low as possible, but I had to say good lord that is one gorgeous car. You do an incredible job capturing the shape and details of the vehicles you make! As for the questionnaire, I agree with Elexis on all except that I would prefer left-hand drive cars as that's what I'm familiar with, but if I was looking to dl that wouldn't be a deciding factor.

I don't care about anything other than the main paint color . The rest is an added bonus to me.

Interior detail doesn't really matter to me. I never bother to look inside cars.

I think the windows should probably be kept rolled up.

I think your method is good and varied.

This is an interesting and unique thing . I think you should keep it up because there are very few CC police cars out there.

6. Is there anything else you feel I should include or change about my cars?
Your meshes are good. The overall quality is great. You could make them placable in CAW. They could then be used as parked cars.

Yayy, my car is a Supra (although mine is the earlier shape, a 1990 model), so it's nice to see one for TS3! Looks great!

Depending on the vehicle, they can be rather important. However, as long as the car itself looks good, I'm happy.

2. How important is interior detail to you?

Seeing as the interior tends to not be shown as much, as long as it at least appears correct, as opposed to an empty shell, it's good.

3. How important are windows?

I am indifferent to windows. At the end of the day, it's you making the mod, so I say you go with what you think looks best, myself.

4. How important is car region to you?

It's nice to have cars matched to their local region, but I would like to also have the option of having some of the wording perhaps be in Simlish.

5. How important is a police version to you?

I really enjoy having police variants of the vehicles, particularly if you're using it for creating your own stories, such as post-apocalypse.

6. Is there anything else you feel I should include or change about my cars?

At the moment, aside from providing a Simlish-version for police vehicles if at all possible, I can't think of anything. Excellent work so far!

Thus far, I have made exterior, interior, wheels and accents, and if applicable a misc forth channel, e.g., wheel inserts. Are rim or accent color important to you?

Id like more stuff i can color on a car, but if its a solid color, id still download it cause its the over all look that are important to me

Thus far, I have been struggling to make sure the interior is nice, but it is still relatively lackluster. How do you feel on this?

It always perks me up to see a detailed interior, but i do realize how hard it is to create these cars so lackluster is acceptable

Thus far, I have mixed it up a little by having a car with rolled down windows. This was met with mixed feelings and has made me wary to continue. Thoughts?

Having the windows up. Thats my preferance but honestly i never have noticed

Thus far, I have mostly been making right-hand drive vehicles. My plan was to match the drive and plates with country of origin. E.g., Toyota, Japan, right; BMW, Germany, right; Ford, USA, left, etc.. Yes, no?

Not very important, but to have Non American cars to have left drive would be cool, but still, not important

5. How important is a police version to you?
Thus far, I hadn't included it on any car except this one as I only now thought of it. I think it is a cool idea, but I can see if it's not used or simply not smart. Your take?

Not important. Unless my sim is a cop, i dont want him driving a cop car

I want to see more motorcycles. I know you dont want requests but.... a naked bike would be cool cause so far there is a sport bike and a chopper. (suzuki-'95gs500e is a very popular naked bike...hinthintnudgenudge) I also think you and fresh prince and any major mts3 car makers to each just design a fantasy car. im curious if you are a muscle car or sport car or luxury typer of person and really would enjoy to see what each of you come up with

Oh my, first of all I should inform you that every object in Sims 3 can have maximum 4 recolorable channels. Everything else could be non-recolorable, so I think creator asked you to choose 4 most important to you



Secondly, creator asked you about cars, you just made a nice request which is allowed only in appropriate forum category.

You need to make your cop car the default cop car!
