Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
A while ago I read about chestnut colored Friesians, and since they are one of my favorite horsebreeds I had to check them out. I stumbled upon some pictures (see below) and I instantly fell in love! Such a beautiful being, I just couldn't believe my eyes.

So I decided to re-create them in the sims for all of you to enjoy!

Here is Chesire:

Having worked with a few IRL Friesians I gave her the traits that (in my eyes) really suit the breed. She is:

-Brave
-Friendly
-Quiet

These horses are truly a gentle-natured breed and even the young stallions are a breeze to work with. Their calm personality combined with a stunning appearance makes them great pets to share your life with.

Enjoy!

PS: She has a star as seen on the photo, only the long mane covers it up.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the sim to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sim file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game, enter Create-a-Sim, and save a sim to the sim bin to create this folder, rather than doing so manually. After that you can close the game and put the .sim file in SavedSims
4. Once the .sim file is in SavedSims, you can load the game, and look for your sim in the premade sims bin in Create-a-Sim.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I'm sorry, but how can you make a bay, and write to him, it is Friesian? Total me as a person from the horses upset because Friesian horse can only be black.
Otherwise, it's a nice horse, so go ahead (but with the correct name of the breed) ..
And sorry for my English, but I'm Czech, so I can not speak / write perfectly ...

Read the first page of comments . It's a purebred Friesian, a long time ago there were even gray Friesians. That is been bred out, the same applies to chestnut friesians, but these are not completely been bred out what means there could sometimes born a chestnut friesian. But yeah it is no longer allowed in the Friesian studbook

Awesome horse!
