It has a pool in the basement with windows. In the night shot there's lights in the pool. You enable it from build or buy mode, you can shift x click on any light, pick a color and choose what room to lit up. For the pool choose the hole room.

The pool also has a fogemitter sending out jets in different directions.
It has fire and burglar alarm, dishwasher and trashcompacter.
