kaylaroo22...try this...move your family out and then go into build mode and in puplic kitchen near the stove add sprinkler. You can find this in buy mode-misc. section.
I think that can help.

As far as I know you need a mod for the dorm cook to show up on any lot (at least this is how it works in my game).

This is really lovely. Thank you for such an amazing apartment lot. I'll be using this in my brand new mountain-style 'hood.

This is so lovely and perfect and such an oasis. Now the official lot for my fresh-out-of-college sims. It's where I plan for them to meet their soulmates and fall in love and get married.

Just recently had some free time again and immediately set my plans for this lot. BUT--oh misery!-- my game crashes after I rent. Rent or rent furnished, same results. Freeze and then the little box saying the application has crashed.

Any advice? I really, really want to play this lot. I'm on Win7 Ultimate, 32bit, 4gb RAM. Much bigger lots load fine, so I don't understand why this one won't let me get on with happy, pretty simming on its prettiness.

Oh, and thank you for such a beaut. Thank you heartily. But I hope I get to play this! Argh. I hope very much so, because this has ruined all other apartments for me.

-- I have all the SPs and EPs. Little Village shows up marvelously, and even the landlord is such a match! The only problem is it won't let a sim rent.

I have the same problem as lucillajo - the lot keeps crashing and won't let my sim rent. Such a shame. Any ideas why?

I tested this apartment and for me it works fine. Also this lot tested from MTS before it approved it. I don't know why this lot do not work in your game. If you have all ep's and sp's try move your family in without changing anything (redecorating or something similar). I had similar problem with one game apartment lot ( I think that have name Mobile homes). Every time when I changed something my game crashed when I moved family there but one time when I leave all in original shape I was able play game normally. Try on this way, if you will have problems again inform me.

I absolutely LOVE this lot. I have never before felt the need to comment on any piece anywhere on MTS. This lot is PERFECT as a retirement community or as a place for young singles recently out of college, or for a blend of the two. Young people who skip college can find a permanent home here and even some interesting single characters.

I cannot wait to use this lot in my gaming experience. Thank you very much.
