Yes, it does.

Since it only interferes with the base game files.. it shouldn't have to be updated unless EA decides to update the loading screen file.. which is not very likely.

It shouldn't since that mod replaces the image files of the loading screens while this mod only replaces the music of the loading screen. You should be fine having them both installed.

OK, so I tested your mod with the Variable loading screens mod and... it doesn't work

I then tested it by itself and still doesn't work.. Could it be because I'm on patch 1.67?

So I deleted the post above bc I tried your mod with the variable loading screens (I putted the BG one, BTW) and it's working perfectly! The only thing I needed to do was deleting the cache files XD
I'll see if I'll put the one for the neighborhood theme which came with TS2 Nightlife (Lemon Jelly), which is my favorite ^-^

To anyone that's got the Variable loading screens mod AND this mod, you CAN use both.
Just put this mod in the "Overrides" folder. (well, that worked for me, anyways)
