Thanks! It was originally based on a a real floor plan, but I ended up modifying it so much that it no longer accurately resemble the original plans. I can post a picture of the original plans if anyone wants to see them.

I wouldn't mind seeing the original plans if that isn't such a big issue? You have done a fantastic job with the floor plan and it is very practical. I personally love the ground floor layout. I am not sure if I like the idea of walking through the pool courtyard to get to the main house entrance though. Other than that, this house is remarkable.

Thanks. The courtyard part was what actually made me want to make this house since it was so different then the other houses that I have made, but I can understand how some people won't like it part that much.

It's no issue at all.

Here are the original plans.

Thanks for that!
Would you mind if I attempted a version of this lot for the sims 2 and uploaded it? If you'd rather not that's fine. I just would like rotate the lot and possibly make some changes.

I've seen it on the CFF. I'm not too fond by the brick fence at the backyard but I like how you made the outdoor kitchen seam with it. I also like the overall look. It has a Mediterranean/European vibe to it which I love. I'd like to see more like this coming

I might try the original floorplan. Could you send me the link, please?
