these would be great for a less fortunate sim to live in. but sadly they're decor! great job though!

Good job! These also make a great apartment complex when placed side by side. Thanks to your creation, now I don't have to worry about filling up empty downtown spaces next to warehouses and factories!

After checking this in game I have to say it's too big. Reducing size to 40-50% should match the other buildings. Do you use Milkshape or Wings3D? I know in these two programs a height of 3 equals the height of one story in Sims (and one tile width is one tile in Sims, too). It's probably the same in other mesh programs as well.
