I will work on it. Haven't had much luck with getting a Sim approved for MTS, but if she is not accepted here, I can upload her to my site and you could get her there. She is a no cc Sim, too.

I had to remove NRaas because my game won't start, when i removed it, it's started normally. So how can i use this mod?

Croma76, make sure you have the NRaas Career mod that matches your current Sims 3 build. You only need the Career mod, not the rest of NRaas for this, although Master Controller helps with the retirement portion.

Once you have made sure the patch levels of the game and NRaas are compatible, it should work, and the Night Stalker Career should then work also.
