Oh the back patio is just lovely. I do not play with larger families (if I play at all) but I do like the floorplan.

MariTom, the stuff pack items are all decor and can be substituted.give it a whirl!
Yogi-Tea, I'm glad you like it too, it appealed to me as well. I think it suits a large family without being too sprawling, a problem when time ticks along so darned fast in game!

I’m having a bit of trouble getting this house on my game.( i’ll install it and it installs perfectly fine but once I play the game and go to edit town i can’t find the house in the bin) when i logoff and to the sims 3 launcher it somehow uninstalls itself. help will be greatly appreciated.
( I’ve download custom house before and it seems only your houses have ever done this to me )
( I have all expansion packs and stuff packs)

I Cant Place Parking Spaces in the Garage. Any Solutions?

Hi guys and gals,

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to abandon you. If I remember correctly there already are parking space in the garage? I'll look at it later, after work.
I don't know why it's not showing up in some games, I can't think what could cause this problem. I'll see if I can find someone to consult with about that.

I was also unable to install this house. I purchased all the items listed on the page and I have every expansion and most all of the added content from the sims3 site. I tried so many times just to get this house and it just would not go into my game.

I too am having trouble. It's just not showing up in game. I want this house so badly too.
