I think you are right about Clearstory Rectangular Window and Clearstory 3-Tier Window - I don't have Lucky Palms but these two showed up in my game suddenly and at first I thought I had gotten some CC from some lot I had downloaded (in spite of CUSTARD)! Thanks for clarifying.
Your library is indeed reminiscent of those heady times in the days when we gleefully tore down those nasty "old" and "obsolete" buildings (like your Carnegie Library) and replaced them with these "modern" and "better" versions (shudder).
