This place is so amazing.

A couple of gameplay notes for anyone trying to use this lot: The massage table has to be moved in order to be used. Despite the footprint, I'm not sure it can be placed against a wall on any side. I had to turn it and place it in the exact center of the room to make it usable.

I also had trouble with sims grabbing food from one buffet and carrying it up/downstairs to eat, so I ended up moving the breakfast buffet tables up to the formal dining room and replacing them with some counters with coffee machines. That might be because of a mod I vaguely remember having that directs sims to try to eat close together -- but in an unaltered game, sims are known for carrying their food across the lot anyway.
