These are great! I loved the idea of a Central Park from the first time I saw the "SimCenter" two-part park in the Maxis downtown, and the Maxis Belladonna Cove one was certainly an improvement, but they always seemed too rundown... Your remodels are beautiful, modern community parks! Awesome!

I love this! I can't seem to get it to show up in my game though. Sims2Pak says it's installed in but it's not in the Lots Bin. Can you help me out please?

It should be there... After installing with the S2CPI, check your teleport folder and double check that it IS there. (You should have 2 "long mumbo-jumbo named" files in there that won't be there any more after you run the game.)
Did you scroll through the whole Lots Bin? They shouldn't be - but could be - at the end. Good Luck!
