That was made by Tinkle and is from a set of meshes she made for a recolor-it contest at BPS. HERE is a link to her TS2 sets BUT I don't remember what the set was called. I thought it had market or pantry in the name.. don't see any set named that in there. You might have better luck asking at SimPearls because I just don't know where to find it now.
