This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
As always, the hosiery available in the game is pretty basic, although this time they did include some nice vintage-style seamed stockings.

I took advantage of these and added some nice lace tops to them.

*They will show up as colour options on the existing stockings. I've since worked out how to add a graphic to the colour swatch, will update these soon to make the different patterns easier to find.

If you are having trouble locating them in the different groups, they will always show up in Accessories > Socks, however you may need to turn off the filter at the top of the list, "sleepwear" filter for example. Every clothing item is available in every category, just switch off the filters to use them.*

Ages: Teen, Young Adult, Adult, Elder.
