Since my sims have to do quite a lot extra tasks back home, I decide to make them easier at working time.
This mod only increases PERFORMANCE at work/school.
Your sims have to do the extra requirements still.

Maxis/EA Defaults
Work/Study Hard increases the performance 1.5 times than Normal.

Mod Effects (3 Flavors)
X5: Work/Study Hard increases the performance 5 times than default Normal rate.
X25: Work/Study Hard increases the performance 25 times than default Normal rate.
X50: Work/Study Hard increases the performance 50 times than default Normal rate.
*CHOOSE ONLY ONE.

Compatibility
Based on Game Version [U]1.77.146/U], INCOMPATIBLE with previous patches.

Default Just wondering if this mod effects getting rehired
I would like my Sims to go into one branch take in their vacation days and then quit their job, but go back into the same career, but go into the second branch of their job. But I did that and got rehired in the same job and same branch. It was the gardener career. So I don't know if it's just that career or if it's the other ones as well. Otherwise works great promotions every day they go to work.

It's great to be able to get my sims to have a career that matches their skill level. I don't think it works for the florist and possibly botanist careers, though.

I tried to skim through this but please help me; I don't understand. How do you know it's this mod? Am I missing a part of the code that tells you or did you test it in-game and find it to be this one. I want to understand because I've been getting a lot of exceptions for the past several game updates and I want to be able to find out why. (I do have a few mods out of date, but they're not usually fatal exceptions anymore so I usually just save my game and ignore it otherwise.)

I have the same problem. If my sims is going to work and I click on ''work hard'', I get the exceptionfile, that a cc is outdated. So it has to be this one.

I clicked Work Hard and got a LE error and the option disappeared to choose how to work
this mod is INcompart with current GVersion

Currently playing Sims 4 full collection. (and fixing my mods folder)

People are getting LE errors with this mod but I don't think it is the mod. People might have another mod that is conflicting with this one. I click work hard every time and I am getting no errors whatsoever. I have the latest version of the game with all the packs/expansions and a bunch of mods plus the latest version of this mod.
I have MCCC and WW.

The Work Hard option doesn't improve the work performance in the new Military career that came with StrangerVille so it looks like an update is needed. Idk if it works for the other recent careers like Actor and Style but it's not for Military. It doesn't give me an LE but it just doesn't do anything at all.

I haven't tested it with the newest update, but up until this point I haven't had any issues with it. If anything, it may almost be a bit of overkill XD
