why system error, when want replace to Villa Aquarelle ? in any map 40x30, all system error, furnished n unfurnished both system error, replace with other lot no system error, why ?

is it cause i dont have one of item or build material in Villa Aquarella blueprint ?

ETA: I downloaded this lot before reading the previous post, and after reading that post I tried this lot out right away to see if I would have problems. When I opened the zip file, there was an additional folder called '__MACOSX' in the Tray folder along with the usual files you would expect to see. The __MACOSX folder contains another set of files that appear to be duplicates of the main folder. So this appears to have been made on a Mac and the folder somehow got duplicated, which might well cause a problem in game if someone were to copy both folders to their Tray folder.

I installed just the files in the main folder, not the __MACOSX folder, and the house installed and works fine for me. So if anyone else experiences an error like the previous poster, try that.

I just wanted to say thank you for pointing out the problem and providing a solution. I build in Windows and then compress, format and write up everything in a Mac parition. It seems my Mac is not behaving well to Windows computers! In future, I will try and compress the files using Windows friendly methods.

cause after unzip, i delete mac folder first, cause i use windows, not use mac, so i only copy 8 file (cause mac folder already deleted), but still error

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with my download. In earlier comments, some people have had to make sure that they did not copy over a certain folder. Have you made sure that you have not copied over the "_MACOSX" folder into your Sims 4 "Tray" folder? This folder and it's files seem to cause issues when placed with other files in the "Tray" folder.

Hi. I tried to add this house in the area you suggested, the house didnt show up. the earlier house was still there. I tried to place the house in an empty land, the house didnt show up. The land was still empty even after i placed the house in the land. What should I do? This is not happening with this house only. I downloaded other houses, but those downloaded houses are not appearing.
