Hello,
I would really like to use this as bed in my japanese world, but I encountered a problem..
The game thinks working futon doesn't classify as bed. So I cannot populate my town because sims don't move in houses that don't have a bed.. (I use NRaas StoryProgression mod. I am sure this is the reason because when I place a bed instead of a futon, a sim moves there instantly.) Can you suggest a solution please?

A work around may be to put normal beds, let the world be populated, and then replace them with futons.

I guess the game/mod checks for an object of class Bed or derived from it*. The futon is not. Mmmm...
I'm not sure if I can simply make the futon inherits from the Bed class, the game might expect it to
act like a Bed in every single way (the futon can't) and that may lead to glitches. I can't know for
sure until I try. If I come up with a solution I'll update the mod. Thanks for your feedback.

*EDIT: actually the game checks for an object that implements the interface IBed.

You probably have to delete and re-place all futons.

@afonya : this new version should answer your question.

I have a question, is the bigger version for two sims ? I mean, is it possible for a couple of sims to sleep in the same futon and have all the interactions (like woo hoo

) like a double bed ??
If not, could it be possible to make such a version ?

I loved this in ts3, is there any chance in this making it into ts4 in the future? There aren't enough Asian things in the game, period. I would really adore having this again but I know I am not capable of making one myself.
