**Updated for Jan. 7th Patch**
Thank you guys so much for 11,000+ downloads! I recently updated this trait because my MTS inbox was over flown with people saying it doesn't work anymore. I have updated it and it should be working properly now.

Effects

These Sims will be Dazed by default instead of Fine.
These Sims will lose Fun at twice the speed.

Whims

This trait's whims are Become Playful, Buy a TV, Watch TV, Tell a Joke, Ask Someone to Go Steady, Make a Friend, Kick a Trash Can, Kiss {2.SimFirstName}, Become Friends with {2.SimFirstName}, WooHoo with {2.SimFirstName}, Make Out with {2.SimFirstName}, Become Best Friends with {2.SimFirstName}, Become Good Friends with {2.SimFirstName}, Try for Baby with {2.SimFirstName}, Level up in Charisma Skill, Chat with Someone, Be Funny with {2.SimFirstName}, Splash Someone, Go Swimming, Start a Fire, Break an Object, Scare a Sim, Go to Work, and Feeling Focused.

Conflicts

This mod does not override any existing game resources, and therefore shouldn't conflict with other mods. If used alongside another trait that changes the default emotion, the default emotion will be random, unless multiple traits have the same emotion assigned, in which case the one with the most traits will be the default. However, regardless of which emotion is randomly chosen as the default one, the others will still be given a boost.

Compatibility

This mod has been tested with patch 1.3.18.1010 released on December 16th 2014. I just uploaded an update it should fix the children not gaining skills bug and make your Sims dazed by default.

The mod isn't working really. I get the whims for the trait but my sims aren't dazed and when i have another sim use "Get to know" the games says they learned it but it stays unknown. Also my child sim can't learn any skill while he has it and I even tested it and removed the trait and replaced it with another and he learned a skill. All in all I really like the idea of this mod and look forward to any updates that fix theses bugs.

Maybe these sims could randomly daydream, forget they have something in the oven/on the stove (walk away after putting it on and not go back), forget they are running a bath and cause puddles, forget to go to work sometimes (no autonomous go-to-work push sometimes), don't get bill notifications so often *forget* to pay them.

Possibly forget how to do thing/lose skill points, if they haven't used a skill in a while.

If these are possible.

It's working for me. I don't know if it's maybe another mod in your game? Or... i don't know. This is my first mod/trait for TS4. I'm going to update it soon. And then hopefully it'll work. Thanks for the feedback. <3

I'm having issue with the trait. The default mood is still fine but other than that, everything is okay.

Nooo it would be more realistic if they could become focused, but slightly randomly, like becoming really focused looking at a bug on a plant, or zoning out when eating or peeing.
