Default Update for Invite Indefinitely mod for Pets
I don't have their original files so I recreated the mod best I could, and included pets, and in a way that it won't throw any LEs. !! About 8 sim days !! (Normal time length increased by x20, *timer of 240 now 4800*) Of course they still leave when they have school or work, or when the timer suddenly runs out *noticable with long live spans, maybe medium*. - I don't know how to make the timer loop, and don't have anything to be able to see the original code.

Included the ability as in the original for being able to do all normal functions like sleeping, bathing and what not. Welcome home to the roommates, except now pets are included. :D

I actually utilize the "invite in" or "Ask to Hangout" interactions to start. Prevents accidental stays from others that may not be wanted.

I was playing a sim that live in friend houses, but since the update that killed the mod, I couldn't play this scenario anymore. Hope your mod help me to continue

For that, you could get enough aspiration points to get the trait "Always Welcome"

Of course, my sim have this trait
But, even with that, my sim want to go back home since the cats and dogs update. Now with your mod, it seems to be OK, my sim dont want to leave (I will test further and longer...)

added a couple more 00s to the timer, seems 4800 was like 8 sim days... so 480000000 Should be more like a sim lifespan on long? Or longer?
This one...
- Should only notice them leaving when playing a home bound Sim family (or vampire sim), with a vampire for company, after a VERY long visit.
So, in a way, the previous version, is a vacation at your home, and the next is, move in, without actually moving them into the home. :D
- If their need drops to like super low, they still leave, Like if you don't have places to sleep, use the toilet, shower, a kitchen... Yeah, they will still leave.

When I go to work.. all Penny does is drink from tap, litter my apartment with glasses and plates, and repeat =_='

At least she gave me a peace of mind by NOT having a party at midnite. stupid noisy neighbor lot trait.

I know it's old but it's bugging the game. Some sims leave immediately after knocking on your door. Or some object interactions exclude the sim, like woohoo won't show that sim in the list of available sims even if romance bar if full.
