So rude! I'm just kidding, it's an interesting question, I'd say "omoshiroi" since we are on the subject.
What if you save the game while a song is playing, remove the mod and then reload the game?
I don't know, honestly I haven't tried but I guess it's the same if you uninstall an EP or remove an
MP3 file from the "Custom Music" folder. Maybe the game has a safety mechanism for this situation
(I think it does) or maybe you should save the game only after ensuring that all stereos are turned
off before removing an EP, an MP3 file or a mod like this.
For this mod I also did a test that I usually don't do and, who knows, maybe can give problems with
other [usually pure scripting] mods too: I saved the game, went back to the main menu and reloaded
the same game (maybe it happens also with another game) and got an "unending loading bug".
No sweat, I fixed this bug before uploading the mod.
If something like that (unending loading or weird duplicates) happens with a mod (I repeat, usually
pure scripting ones), know that maybe (it can't be generalized) it wont happen if instead you quit the
game (I mean closing TS3[W] completely), start it again and then reload the savegame.
My biggest fear releasing mods is to make something that corrupts savegames. By the way, did
you know that a malicious mod could format your hard disk, delete files or worse? Sleep tight.
EDIT: for the record, I was just kidding. TS3 mods can't do that kind of things... probably...
